The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it can be alarmed concerning the large variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is here to reach-out to the significant amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office devoted to service the area every day. The assistance stage designed for intervention ordeals a higher influx of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more methods to help the servicing of all clients and enhance use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
